When half of the house is rented (3 bedrooms) the other half can be occupied
by
other guests,
in which case the common areas are to be shared. The distribution of the house permits
privacy for both, since there are 3 bedrooms on the lower floor and three bedrooms on the upper floor
which are separated by a common areas floor that in on the street level.
Until confirmed and deposit received, rates are subject to change without notice.
Holiday weeks and bridge periods (including Easter week, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) are subject to priority monthly renting, provided that it occurs at least 60 days prior to the entry day of the rnetal period .

cuotas de renta arriba mencionadas son en Dólares, e incluye todos los

Cuando se renta la mitad de la casa (tres recamaras) la otra mitad puede estar ocupada por otros huéspedes, en cuyo caso las áreas comunes deben ser compartidas. La distribución de la casa permite privacidad para ambos, ya que hay tres recamaras en la plana baja y tres recamaras en la planta alta las cuales están separadas por la planta de áreas comunes, que es encuentra en el piso de en medio a nivel de calle.

disponabilidad y tarifas están sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso.
Semanas festivas y peridos puentes (incluyendo Semana Santa, Accion de
Gracias, Navidad y Año Nuevo) estan sujetos a renta prioritaria a clientes de
mes, simpre y cuando occure cunado menos 60 dias antes del dia de entrada del
periodo de renta.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a). The residence rental can be cancelled 60 days prior to date of entry with full refund, except for any expenses that were incurred by request from the renter and cannot be cancelled, will be paid in full by renter.
b) If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to date of entry, there is forfeiture of deposit, plus any expenses that were incurred by request from the renter and cannot be cancelled.
c) If cancellation occurs less that 2 weeks prior, then there is full forfeiture of rental price and any expenses that were incurred by request from the renter and cannot be cancelled.
