• Northwest edge of town on hillside, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico

• Residence consists of 3 stories, with 3 to 6 car garage (and multiple car parking in front drive area - inside the walls) and a large back yard with grass, trees and plants (all inside tall walls and metal gates)
• > Upper level with 3 bedroom suites, large patio and 2 smaller private balcony-patios for suites no. 2 and 3 
• >Middle level (main floor) with great doomed room, breakfast room, kitchen, formal dining, sunken chimney room, main entry areas, office and ½ bathroom
• >Lower level with 3 bedrooms and a large terraza patio outside their windows/doors.
• Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The main suite (suite no. 2) has an additional tub.
• There are a total of 9 beds of various sizes (potentially sleeps up to 16 people - full house).

• The service people normally come in full days Monday thru Friday, ½ day on Saturday and rest on Sunday. Other arrangements can be made with the service, if needed (for additional cost).
