The residence is located on a private drive on  the Colinas San Miguel hill overlooking the town from the west, within 7 minutes drive to the central area of town. The nearest neighbor is 75 yards away. It is common to see white herons fly over the residence during the day going and coming from the lake. The panoramic view at night is just simply magnificent, lest we forget to mention that the view provided at night for the frequent firework displays are fantastic to see in the celebration of the birthday of one or another saints of the local churches. As well, due to its unique location, if its the right time of the year you can find fire flies at the residence as well.
